技术要求1 光部件的组成 光缆线路自动监测系统中监测站的光部件(单模)包括监测模块、光开关、波分复用器和滤光器。2 监测模块中心波长:1310nm±20nm 1550nm±20nm 1625nm±20nm 背向散射测动态范围:超长光缆(80km内)35dB,市话短途光缆(20km内)25dB;事件盲区(脉宽50ns时):不大于45m;衰减盲区(脉宽50ns时):不大于85m;测距不确定度:±1m±0.01%×被监测光纤通道的光学长度±取样间隔;线线度:不大于0.05dB/dB;群折射率设置范围:1.4000~1.6000;光纤连接器:FC/PC型;MTBF:不小于30年。3 光开关工作波长范围:1200~1650nm;插入衰减:不大于1dB;重复性:不大于0.05dB;回波损耗:不小于45dB;转换时间:不大于25ms(相邻光通道);隔离度:不小于60dB;光端口数:1×N方式(按需选择16、24、32、48、64个端口);寿命:不小于106次。4 波分复用器复用波长:1310nm/1550nm、1550nm/1625nm;插入衰减:小于0.8dB;端口隔离度:大于40dB(1310nm/1550nm),大于35dB(1550nm/1625nm)回波损耗:不小于45dB; 年故障率:小于0.1/1000只。5 滤光器中心波长:1310nm、1550nm、1625nm;通带宽度:±20nm;阻带衰减:不小于40dB;通带衰减:不大于0.5dB;回波损耗:不小于45dB;年故障率:小于0.1/1000只。

【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodisforthedeterminationofthemagnitudeandrate-of-consolidationofsaturatedcohesivesoilsusingcontinuouscontrolled-strainaxialcompression.Thespecimenisrestrainedlaterallyanddrainedaxiallytoonesurface.Theaxialforceandbaseexcesspressurearemeasuredduringthedeformationprocess.Controlledstraincompressionistypicallyreferredtoasconstantrate-of-strain(CRS)testing.1.2Thistestmethodprovidesforthecalculationoftotalandeffectiveaxialstresses,andaxialstrainfromthemeasurementofaxialforce,axialdeformation,andbaseexcesspressure.Theeffectivestressiscomputedusingsteadystateequations.1.3Thistestmethodprovidesforthecalculationofthecoefficientofconsolidationandthehydraulicconductivitythroughouttheloadingprocess.Thesevaluesarealsobasedonsteadystateequations.1.4Thistestmethodmakesuseofsteadystateequationsresultingfromatheoryformulatedunderparticularassumptions.Sectionpresentstheseassumptions.1.5ThebehaviorofcohesivesoilsisstrainratedependentandhencetheresultsofaCRStestaresensitivetotheimposedrateofstrain.Thistestmethodimposeslimitsonthestrainratetoprovidecomparableresultstotheincrementalconsolidationtest.1.6ThedeterminationoftherateandmagnitudeofconsolidationofsoilwhenitissubjectedtoincrementalloadingiscoveredbyTestMethodD2435.1.7Thistestmethodappliestointact(GroupCandGroupDofPracticeD4220),remolded,orlaboratoryreconstitutedsamplesorspecimens.1.8Thistestmethodismostoftenusedformaterialsofrelativelylowhydraulicconductivitythatgeneratemeasurableexcessbasepressures.Itmaybeusedtomeasurethecompressionbehaviorofessentiallyfreedrainingsoilsbutwillnotprovideameasureofthehydraulicconductivityorcoefficientofconsolidation.1.9AllrecordedandcalculatedvaluesshallconformtotheguideforsignificantdigitsandroundingestablishedinPracticeD6026.1.9.1Theproceduresusedtospecifyhowdataarecollected/recordedandcalculatedinthisstandardareregardedastheindustrystandard.Inaddition,theyarerepresentativeofthesignificantdigitsthatshouldgenerallyberetained.Theproceduresuseddonotconsidermaterialvariation,purposeforobtainingthedata,specialpurposestudies,oranyconsiderationsfortheusersobjectives;anditiscommonpracticetoincreaseorreducesignificantdigitsofreporteddatatobecommensuratewiththeseconsiderations.Itisbeyondthescopeofthisstandardtoconsidersignificantdigitsusedinanalysismethodsforengineeringdesign.1.9.2Measurementsmadetomoresignificantdigitsorbettersensitivitythanspecifiedinthisstandardshallnotberegardedanon-conformancewiththisstandard.1.10ThisstandardiswrittenusingSIunits.Inch-poundunitsareprovidedforconvenience.Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,theyshallbeusedindependentlyoftheSIsystem.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththethisstandard.1.10.1Thegravitationalsystemofinch-poundunitsisusedwhendealingwithinch-poundunits.Inthissystem,thepound(lbf)representsaunitofforce(weight),whiletheunitformassisslugs.Therationalizedslugunitisnotgiven,unlessdynamic(F=ma)calculationsareinvolved.1.10.2Itiscommonpracticeintheengineering/constructionprofessiontoconcurrentlyusepoundstorepresentbothaunitofmass(lbm)andofforce(lbf).Thisimplicitlycombinestwoseparatesystemsofunits;thatis,theabsolutesystemandthegravitationalsystem.Itisscientificallyundesirabletocombinetheuseoftwoseparatesetsofinch-poundunitswithinasinglestandard.Asstated,thisstandardincludesthegravitat......
