【摘要】:TheseguidelinesareintendedtoensurethatIRBsareevaluatedbyastandardprocedure.TheseguidelinesaretobeusedtoestablishtheaveragephysicochemicalandphysicalrubberpropertiesofalotofcarbonblacktobeusedasanIRB.1.1ThispracticecoversguidelinesfortheproductionandtestingforuniformityofalotofcarbonblacktobeusedasanIndustryReferenceBlack(IRB).1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
