【摘要】:ThispartofISO13606specifiesthecommunicationofpartoralloftheelectronichealthrecord(EHR)ofasingleidentifiedsubjectofcarebetweenEHRsystems,orbetweenEHRsystemsandacentralizedEHRdatarepository.ItmayalsobeusedforEHRcommunicationbetweenanEHRsystemorrepositoryandclinicalapplicationsormiddlewarecomponents(suchasdecisionsupportcomponents)thatneedtoaccessorprovideEHRdata,orastherepresentationofEHRdatawithinadistributed(federated)recordsystem.ThispartofISO13606willpredominantlybeusedtosupportthedirectcaregiventoidentifiableindividuals,ortosupportpopulationmonitoringsystemssuchasdiseaseregistriesandpublichealthsurveillance.Usesofhealthrecordsforotherpurposessuchasteaching,clinicalaudit,administrationandreporting,servicemanagement,researchandepidemiology,whichoftenrequireanonymizationoraggregationofindividualrecords,arenotthefocusofthispartofISO13606butsuchsecondaryusesmightalsofindthisdocumentuseful.Thispartofthemultipartseries,ISO13606,isaninformationviewpointspecificationasdefinedinISO/IEC10746-1[13].ThispartofISO13606isnotintendedtospecifytheinternalarchitectureordatabasedesignofEHRsystems.
