【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestwodissolutionmethodsforthedeterminationoftheresin,reinforcement-fibreandmineral-fillercontentsofmouldingcompoundsandprepregs:MethodA:ExtractionbySoxhlet.Incasesofdispute,thismethodisthereferencemethod.MethodB:Extractionbyimmersioninsolventinabeaker.Thismethodusessimplerequipment,makingitsuitableforqualityassurancetesting.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletothefollowingtypesofmaterial:—prepregsmadefromyarns,rovings,tapesandfabrics;—SMC,BMCandDMCmouldingcompounds.Typically,reinforcementfibresarecoatedwithsizingorfinishes.Thesenormallydissolvewiththeresinandare,therefore,includedintheresincontent.ThisInternationalStandardisnotapplicabletothefollowingtypesofreinforcedplastic:—thosecontainingreinforcementswhicharesoluble(orpartlysoluble)inthesolventsusedtodissolvetheresin;—thoseinwhichtheresinispartlyorfullycuredandsonotfullysolubleinorganicsolvents.NOTEISO1172:1996,Textile-glass-reinforcedplastics—Prepregs,mouldingcompoundsandlaminates—Determinationofthetextile-glassandmineral-fillercontent—Calcinationmethods,maybeusedwheretheresiniscured.
