【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthedeterminationofwhole-bodyandhand-armvibrationemissionsatoperatorposition(s)duringtestingofmobilemachinery.ThepurposeofthisEuropeanStandardistoassisttechnicalstandardizationcommitteesresponsibleforspecifictypesofmachineryinpreparingvibrationtestcodestoensurethatsuchvibrationtestcodes?-areashomogeneousaspossiblewitheachindividualtestcodehavingthesamebasicstructure;?-areinfullaccordancewithbasicstandardsonmeasurementofvibrationemission;?-reflectthelatesttechnicalknowledgeofmethodsofdeterminingthevibrationemissionfromthespecificfamilyofmachineryunderconsideration;?-providemanufacturerswithastandardizedmethodforthedeterminationanddeclarationofthevibrationemissionvalue(s)oftheirmachinery;?-enabletheuserofthemachineryorthememberofaninspectionbodytocomparethevibrationemissionvaluesofdifferentmachineryandtoverifythevibrationemissionvaluesprovidedbythemanufacturer.ThisEuropeanStandardprovidesrequirementsforthepreparationofvibrationtestcodes,includingguidelinesfortheconditionsunderwhichthemeasurementsshallbemade(e.g.operatingconditions).InformationtobeincludedinatypicalvibrationtestcodeissummarizedinAnnexA.VibrationtestcodesbasedonthisEuropeanStandardshoulddefinemeasuringprocedureswhichprovideaccurateandreproducibleresultswhichareasfaraspossibleinagreementwithvaluesmeasuredunderrealworkingconditions.Fordeterminationofthemagnitudeofthevibrationtobenotedintheinstructionhandbook,thisEuropeanStandardrequiresoperatingconditionsenablingthedeterminationofthe75-percentileofthevibrationexperiencedattheoperator'spositionduringthemodeofoperationcausingthehighestvibration.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestosittingandstandingpositions.Itisapplicabletoallmobilemachineryproducingperiodicorrandomvibrationwithorwithouttransients.RotationalvibrationisnotdealtwithinthisEuropeanStandard.ThisEuropeanStandardcontainssufficientguidancefordesigninganappropriatetestformachineryforwhichnovibrationtestcodesexist.Itcanalsobeusedforthedeterminationofvibrationemissionvaluesofindividualmachines.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotpresentlimitsorrecommendedvibrationvalues.Ingeneral,theemissionvaluesshouldnotbeusedforassessmentofthehealthrisk.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotgiveanyguidanceorrecommendationsfordeterminationofhumanexposuretovibrationandshock.NOTEForsuchinformation,referenceismadetoISO2631-1andENISO5349-1.
